Returns & Warranty Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, and we stand behind the quality of our products. The following policy outlines our returns, refunds, and warranty terms.


1. Returns

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition in which it was received - unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase, including the order number, is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@Chaxxe.com. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with detailed return instructions along with a return shipping label. The shipping cost is incurred by the customer. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are not included in refunds, except where the product is defective or covered under warranty.

  • Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, personalized/custom products, personal care items, sale items, and gift cards.


2. Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

We ask that you inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately at Info@Chaxxe.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. This allows us to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Please note that items with removed labels or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return or refund.


3. Warranty

All products are covered by a 60-day warranty from the date of delivery.

Under this warranty:

  • If a product breaks, is defective, or fails to perform its intended function due to a fault in materials or workmanship, you are entitled to a full refund.

  • The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or modifications made by the customer.

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at Info@Chaxxe.com within the warranty period, providing details and photographic/video evidence of the issue.


4. Refunds

Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected. You will be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at Info@Chaxxe.com.


5. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you must return your original product for a refund and place a new order separately.
